RETURN/EXHANCE POLICY FOR REGULALLY PRICED ITEMS
You can return your purchase within 14 days of your receiving the order (of the delivery date) as long as the product is in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging for full refund. The item has to be received by us within 14 days when you received it. If the product is not in its original condition, the items will be returned to you. There are no exeptions to this policy. All sales are final after you’ve had them for over 14 days. Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.
E-mail us the following information:
- Your full name, address & phone number (day and evening)
- The name and address the merchandise was shipped to
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason(s) for the return/exchange.
NOTE: DO NOT just return an item without emailing us the above information! Sometimes we prefer that you ship the product straight to the manufacturer, and we want to give you the correct return address.
We will contact you within 24-48 hours by phone or email and give you the proper instructions and the correct address where to send your return!
Following these procedures will result in a smooth and painless transaction, and speed up your refund or exchange considerably!
Once the original item(s) are received at Skimbaco, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs), or we will ship you a replacement. Re-shipping charges will be charged on all exchanges. It might take up to 2-3 weeks for Skimbaco to refund your credit card upon receipt, depending on transit times and your country.

We try our best to fulfill each order correctly, but we are only human. If you have a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately after receiving your package and we will do our everything to correct our error as fast and as convenient to you as possible.
RETURN POLICY OF SALE ITEMS
Sale items have the same time guidelines as normal priced items, but we are able to refund only as a store credit. You will receive an e-mail with a credit coupon to our store with the amount of your order you returned (excluding the shipping charges) after we receive it back. Due to seasonal type of our products, there are no exeptions to this policy.

Bubbles Decor will not be responsible for customer ordering error and/or oversights caused by not being aware of information made available on Skimbao.com website.
Order confirmations are sent to avoid errors and mistakes. Please review your order confirmations and make sure every detail is correct, including shipping information, personalization inputs, etc. In the event of an error, we ask that you contact us within seven days to make any necessary adjustments.
Occasionally knots can raise, discolor or show through the finish on pine furniture. This cannot be prevented and is not considered a defect.
Each piece is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving the studio. All shipping and handling costs include shipping insurance. Therefore, if you receive a package that appears to have been damaged during transit, do not accept it.
Items may be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. A full refund (minus shipping and handling costs) will be given.
However, we are not able to accept returns or cancellations on any personalized pieces or custom designs.
Once work begins on any order, no changes can be made.
RETURN POLICY OF CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
The custom made items, such as DeAnna Cochran jewelry with birthstones, The Gigi Blanki Co's custom products, Ivy Rose Design custom products or any other customized products are not returnable. All of these companies offer top of the line products, which are handmade by skillful artisans, and we guarantee their quality. If there is a defect in the product, it will have the normal 14 day return policy.
