SHIPPING
We use USPS for shipping. All international shipments are sent by USPS Global Priority. Please keep in mind that the transit time refers to business days. Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped. We ship daily from Monday to Friday up to three times a week. Some custom order products will take 5-10 extra days before they are shipped. See the product descriptions for all extra shipping times. Monkey-Toes shoes, Tote and Tee t-shirts, DeAnna Cochran jewelry, personalized Blume Girl and Four Peas products, as well as Four Peas monogrammed backpacks will take up to one week extra to ship.

These items can not be shipped outside the continental US: Bubbles Decor products.
We currently do not ship to these countries: Israel, China.
If you attempt to order these products from our site to an address out side the area where we can ship, the order will be cancelled, money will be returned to your credit card, minus a banking fee of 8% of the total order.
APO address? No problem. PO BOX? Sorry, we need the same verified address as your credit card has.
We ship international packages three times a week, and usually your order will ship within 3 business days of ordering. Verifying the payment from foreign credit cards might take longer, that’s why it might take a few days from your order before we are able to ship. We use USPS Global Priority for all our international shipments. Usually it takes 5-7 days to arrive, but in busy seasons, or around holidays, it might take up to two weeks for your package to arrive.
A shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped. We do not offer shipping insurance, if you wish to obtain one, please contact us. We ship international packages according the requirements of the United States’ laws, and are not aware of all of the laws in the destination countries. It is your responsibility to know that the product(s) you are ordering from us are legal to be imported to your country. In the cases they are not allowed, they will be returned to us by the customs officials. We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your order. When your package arrives in your country, you may have to pay local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges according the local laws in your country. We are not aware how much these charges might be, and unfortunately cannot answer to such questions. Contact your customs/duty officials for more information. You are solely responsible to pay these fees if such accrue. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments the shipping company charges a disbursement or advancement fee. We also have no control over these charges. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned due delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. We do not take resposibility if the package is lost in the delivery. We do our best that your package will arrive as fast as possible with as low cost as possible, but some of the things involved are beyond our control. We would like to hear the feedback on the international shipping times and possible customs fees to serve our international customers even better in the future.
